Kim's Card Kits | Unique Handmade Card Kits | Card Making Kits

This looks like it's an awesome site to buy cards if you don't have time to design them yourself. Cards just need to be put together and she gives you instructions! I think I am going to order myself.

Lily Pad Card's Resist Challenge

I have made two cards that I will be submitting to Lily Pad Card's Resist Challenge. They have such a great website and the new Inlinkz tool they are offering for free right now is awesome. It makes it so easy to link supplies. Here are the cards and I hope you like them.

Very Cute Halloween Goodies

I am changing the focus of my blog a little and I hope everyone likes it! I love all things crafty. I love to bake (cooking, not so much), crochet, and of course make cards. I want my blog to incorporate everything I love. I want it to reflect me and all the things I enjoy doing. So if you are as crafty as me and love to see pretty things subscribe to my blog. I promise you will not be disappointed. I plan to incorporate lots of links to freebies from other wonderful bloggers and hope to design some myself! I saw a wonderful Halloween idea at the blog: Glorious Treats. I am going to link to the post now.

Hope to hear from ya'll soon,
Regina

Let's Get Together

I made these cards the other day.  I love going out with my friends for a drink.  They are just fun and remind me of lazy days by the pool with a margarita or umbrella drink in hand.  So here they are:

Back to Blogging

So it has been forever since I have posted on my blog any of my new "work". I am now 10 days post-op and feeling much better now. Still taking quite a bit of pain medication but able to get out of the bed and make some cards. I went to Raleigh to visit my friend, Heather, the weekend before my surgery. We went to Archiver's and I browsed for probably two hours and bought quite a bit of new product. Here in the 'burg we have Michaels and A.C. Moore and that's it. They never have new product. I love Two Peas in a Bucket because they carry all the latest product but sometimes you just want to "feel it before you buy it". I am obsessed with all the new doily papers. I bought six different sheets to see what I liked the best. Today I used a paper from Crate Paper's new Restoration collection. I made a set of 5 cards. I think they turned out pretty well. Here's a close up of one with a list of supplies.

List of supplies:

Stampin' Up Crumb Cake & Rose Red Cardstock
Crate Paper Restoration Collection Doilies
Stampin' Up Rose Red Marker
Versamark Ink
Stampendous Detail White embossing powder
Hero Arts Woven Lace Ribbon

Kathy's Color Throw Down Challenge

This is my first card for Kathy's Color Throw Down Challenge on Lily Pad Cards http://www.lilypad.inlinkz.com/2011/04/08/letraset-presents-kathys-color-throw-down/ . I used Stampin' Up Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, Marina Mist, and Perfect Plum. Stampin' Up Stamp Set Punched Posies with the coordinating 5 petal punch. I used Versamark ink with white embossing powder. Sentiment is from Clearly Wordsworth's Everyday Greetings Collection. I also used the Uniball Signo Broad White gel pen for the faux stitching lines. Thanks for looking!
